The Institute holds reinvention weekend workshops of interactive and experiential exercises. Boomers looking to reinvent themselves or their brand can gather a group of 7-10 friends for an extraordinary custom-tailored weekend of transformation. Or attend on your own with a maximum of 20 other participants in intimate group sessions. The May weekend begins with a Friday night meet-and-greet to break the ice. This is followed by the 1st session which examines your values and passions and defines your specific goals. The Saturday morning session is focused on drafting your mission statement and creating your brand description. A break for a buffet lunch is followed an afternoon session that is all about your target audience. The evening begins with drinks and networking followed by a three-course meal prepared by James Beard award-winning 4-star Chef Charles Dale. The evening ends with you honing your “elevator pitch.”

Sunday begins with a leisurely hike around The Institute and a final session to identify your next steps and set your goals for the future. After the wrap-up, you can participate in an optional one-on-one coaching session with Robin.
