Got cabin fever and looking for an escape?

You could book some early March off-peak travel to Hawaii, Rio de Janeiro (especially after Carnival) and Ireland to ease your angst. Or take a spacation to rejuvenate and re-center. Of course, taking advantage of up-to-the-minute ski deals at your favorite mountain retreat is always a great way to soothe the savage that rages within you.

However, baby boomers know that whole life wellness includes mind health, as well. So we’ll follow that lead and offer some winter getaways that include out-of-the-box ideas to give back. Think about taking a mini-sabbatical timeout to mentor or give back through volunteering and voluntouring. This week we write about leadership with all its many faces and would love to hear your thoughts on the subject. We hope to inspire you to tamp down that cabin fever in an exceptionally meaningful manner. So, away you go…
